What is HPL structure?

“HPL (High-Power Long)” is a nickname for a structure in which the negative electrode plate is wrapped in a special low resistance PE bag separator and the positive electrode plate is sandwiched between glass mats. This structure prevents the active material from falling off and short-circuiting at the bottom, further improving the vibration resistance of the battery.

Combined use of bag-shaped PE separator and glass mat (HG-IS/HG/EX)
