1967 Nihon storage battery MFG Co., Ltd. moved Tokyo Works manufacturing to Saitama Works
1969 Nihon storage battery MFG Co., Ltd. and Kobe Electric Machinery were merged and ShinKobe Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. was established.

2021 Energywith Co., Ltd. has succeed the energy storage devices and systems business from Showa Denko Materials Co., Ltd.
