Energywith Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established internal rules and a management framework for the protection of personal information. Purpose of Use and Provision to Third Parties

       When the Company requests our customers to provide the personal information as is written in a document (including the electronic means such as website and e-mails) directly from the customer, the Company will clearly state the purpose of acquisition and use beforehand to obtain the customer’s consent.
2. The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent of the customer, except in the following cases:
   1. When required by law
   2. When necessary for the protection of life, body, or property and obtaining the customer’s consent is difficult
   3. When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting sound development of children and obtaining customer’s consent is difficult
   4. When necessary to cooperate with national or local authorities or their delegatees in executing legally prescribed duties, and obtaining customer’s consent may impede such duties
   5. When outsourcing the handling of personal information to the extent necessary for achieving the purpose of use
   6. When personal information is provided due to business succession due to the causes such as merger

When required to do so for business activities in which the Company is cooperating with the Group companies, the Company may provide such Group companies with customer’s personal information such as a name, workplace and home addresses, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc. In this case, the customer’s information will be provided in print or electronic media. In addition, the customer may request us to stop the provision of the personal information with the Group companies.

The Company implements necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and supervises employees and contractors (including subcontractors) as required.
