Basic Policy on Corporate Governance
Energywith‘s basic policy on corporate governance is to carry out business management in the interests of all stakeholders; and we pursue agile business execution, professional decision-making, and a structure that enables supervisory function.
Corporate Governance Structure
We adopt the form of a company with company auditors. We promote agile business execution under the Board of Directors and Corporate Officers who were appointed by the Board of Directors, and the Company Auditors fulfills a supervisory function.
With respect to Group Companies, by dispatching our Directors or Company Auditors to Group Companies, we ensure business execution with a sense of unity as a group and enhance the supervisory function for them.
Compliance
At Energywith, we have formulated the “Code of Conduct” as a basis for the judgment of all officers and employees of the Group and the actions to be taken, and we are working to disseminate and permeate it.
In addition, in order to promote fair business activities and foster a compliance culture, compliance committees have been set up at each Works to confirm compliance with laws and regulations.
