The installation work and maintenance of Energywith storage batteries and power supply equipment are handled entirely within our own group. You can rely on our specialized teams with confidence.
A key strength of the Energywith Group is our ability to perform installation, maintenance, replacement, and other service operations internally. This enables us to deliver advanced technical support quickly—even in emergency situations. As a “technical specialist team” that handles equipment with the same perspective as the manufacturer, we provide a level of assurance that only a manufacturer-backed organization can offer.
Energywith’s Integrated Group Structure
When delivering our storage batteries or power supply equipment, Energy System Service Japan Co., Ltd. (ESSJ), a member of the Energywith Group, takes responsibility for performing the installation work.
They also conduct regular maintenance visits at the installation site and, when necessary, carry out repairs and other work promptly.
When the battery reaches the end of its service life, it is replaced with a new unit.
In coordination with Energywith, which is a manufacturer of batteries, we provide seamless support—from the time the customer purchases the battery to its disposal (replacement)—as a Group.

Our group has also accumulated more than 60 years of experience in battery installation and maintenance, passing down advanced technical expertise through generations.
Work related to DC power supplies such as installation of storage batteries requires high technical proficiency. Our group employs many experienced engineers certified as Storage Battery System Maintenance Technicians. As a manufacturer-affiliated group, we possess deep knowledge of each product and can adjust and handle batteries using the correct procedures.
Fast Response When Issues Occur
When we receive a report of trouble with a storage battery or power supply system, we promptly assess the situation and dispatch our team to the site.
Because many Energywith products are used in critical infrastructure facilities, we also respond during nights or holidays when urgency is high.
To ensure quick action when customers face operational difficulties, we always keep temporary backup power supplies and batteries available. If a power supply unit is found to be faulty, we bring replacement units to the site and perform the necessary switching work.

When visiting battery installation sites for maintenance and other services, we listen to customers’ concerns related to energy and propose solutions as a primary point of contact.
Today, we are also providing solutions that go beyond batteries and power supplies—working with partner companies such as authorized distributors to handle products like generators in order to meet customer needs.
